The stations will operate in the «open doors» mode specifically for the convenience of Formula 1 guests.

In order for the audience to get to the Formula 1 stands comfortably and at a convenient time for them, travel was made free, and the number of flights was increased several times. So, on October 8 and 9, the Swallows will make 25 flights from Sochi to the Olympic Park and back. And on the weekend of October 10 and 11, the number of flights on this section will almost double.

«Especially for the convenience of all the guests who bought tickets for the Grand Prix, together with the Russian Railways company, we signed a contract for transportation on the principle of open doors. Accordingly, we will arrange free transportation for all ticket holders from October 8 to October 11,» said the head of the Department of Affairs of the NAO «Omega Center».

The same principle of organizing the transportation of spectators was tried in 2014 during the FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX of RUSSIA 2014.

Then the Swallows transported more than 200 thousand passengers. And for the first time the principle of «open doors» for Lastochka trains was applied during the Olympic Games.

«It is in the format of the Olympiad that this project will be implemented. And on the Sochi-Tuapse section, the transportation will be carried out by the motor-car directorate for a fee. It should also be understood that passengers who arrive from Tuapse will have to leave the paid zone, go to the free zone and take the Lastochka trains,» said Mikhail Komulainen, head of the Southern Directorate of High-Speed Communication of Russian Railways.

According to the «Open Doors» principle, from October 8 to 11, Swallows will run not only from Sochi to the Olympic Park, but also along the routes Sochi-Airport, Sochi-Rosa Khutor, Airport-Olympic Park and Rosa Khutor — Olympic Park.
