The first loads of Formula 1 teams arrived at Sochi Autodrom
Formula One Management (FOM) containers and participants of the «royal races» were delivered to Sochi Autodrom from the port of Novorossiysk.
In total, about 600 tons of equipment will arrive on the highway from the port of Novorossiysk. FOM partners' cargo, fuel and oils of Formula 1 teams, as well as temporary facilities for the Russian Grand Prix will be the first to be delivered.
From September 25, shipments of GP2 and GP3 Series participants will begin arriving, for which a special temporary customs control zone has been created on the highway. Delivery of the teams' cars and Formula 1 car components will begin on September 29, two days after the Japanese Grand Prix.
