193 victims of flooding of their homes due to heavy rain, which took place in Sochi the day before, are housed in the Alexander Garden quarter of the «Barkhatnye sezony» hotel city. There are 57 children among the victims.

"All the victims were accommodated in single and double rooms with all amenities. Children are examined by pediatricians. Everyone has received the necessary medical care. 3 meals a day and hot drinks have been organized," said Valery Danchenko, General Director of Omega Center OJSC.

As Valery Danchenko clarified, "all the victims were settled in the evening of June 25. "

According to the press service of the governor of the Krasnodar Territory, as a result of a strong flood, 490 houses were flooded in Adler, 68 in Khost, as well as houses in the Lazarevsky district. Pumping water from courtyards and basements is still underway. So, 225 people and 54 units of equipment are involved in the Adler district.

48 special brigades will assess the condition of households from the morning of June 26. They will have to go around 1180 house territories.

279 people were evacuated from flooded houses at their own request. They were placed in health resorts, hotels, kindergartens.

«Barkhatnye sezony» is a city–hotel that includes all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable stay, long-term stay, corporate events and sports camps. The city-hotel is located on the southern border of Sochi - Imereti Bay, within walking distance from the Olympic Park and the track for the 2014 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX.

On the territory with a total area of 420 thousand square meters, 120 apartment buildings and 19 cottages are located. The buildings are four- and five-storey residential buildings.
